Molly credits much of her PR success to date to pure determination and a sincere belief that anything is possible. Her career has seen her handling communications for the largest woman-owned advertising agency in the country, helping prepare a large technology company for its IPO, launching a nonprofit’s mobile giving campaign to national acclaim, and building Net Promoter Systems and Win/Loss review programs from the ground up. Molly’s experience with handling PR and communications in the context of larger marketing and business efforts helps ensure results that directly impact businesses’ bottom lines. Her creative approaches and strategic thinking has helped her clients win national awards, land valuable speaking opportunities, and secure high- profile coverage with outlets like, Entrepreneur, Advertising Age, and The Huffington Post.

Kristina Kennedy Vice President, Partner

Kristina is VP and Partner at Kickstand Communications, with operations in Boston, Massachusetts and Austin, Texas. In that role, Kristina leads the agency's consumer practice. Prior to her role, Kristina held a variety of senior marketing roles in high-growth consumer start-ups. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing at Abine, where she recruited a talented team that together acquired the first 2M users of Abine's products and led its award winning PR program, securing more than 700 media stories during a 12 month period. Previous to Abine, Kristina was Director of Marketing at Gazelle, where she established Gazelle as leading brand in its industry by acquiring 250K customers, helping the company to be named #24 on INC Magazine list of the fastest growing private companies. Previous to that role, Kristina held a management role at Zipcar where she led corporate communications, while the company acheived exponential growth. Kristina holds a BA from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Megan has used her experience in brand building, marketing, and public relations to provide strategic planning and client relations for large and small clients in the consumer, technology, healthcare and lifestyle markets. She is experienced in local and national campaigns that achieve greater visibility for clients helping them to push boundaries and grow their product categories. In her PR career, Megan has had the opportunity to work with some of the best reporters at outlets like Fast Company, Forbes, Engadget, PCMag, The Boston Globe, and USA Today.
