At Kickstand, our data-driven approach to public relations sets us apart. We apply an MIT mentality, focusing on intelligence at every stage.
As early innovators and adopters in PR measurement, we use data from strategy development and campaign ideation through testing individual media pitch performance.
Grounding everything in real information allows us to make smarter decisions, drive continuous improvement, and build a stronger, more defensible brand and business for our clients.
Beyond driving stronger results, our analytical approach to PR deeply influences our culture — one built around taking action.
As CEO of Kickstand, Molly thrives on solving big challenges and achieving what others would call impossible. Since founding Kickstand in 2013, Molly has built Kickstand to be a leading PR agency for the world’s most innovative and fastest growing tech brands. Trusted by early market disruptors and publicly traded companies alike, Molly has led programs for brands across every stage of business, from scaling startups, to taking B2B tech brands through successful IPOs and guiding publicly-traded companies through private equity acquisitions. Today, Molly’s focus is centered on leading the agency's global growth strategy and ensuring Kickstand is the best place for top marketing talent looking to achieve ambitious goals in both career and life. The agency's unique benefits, which include working parent stipends and alternative workweeks with every other Friday off, have been recognized by publications including Forbes, Business Insider, and ScaryMommy. When she's not scaling Kickstand, Molly enjoys getting outside and spending time with her two young sons, who have made her great at being flexible, cheering obnoxiously at sporting events, and tolerating noises of unacceptable decibel levels. She holds a BA from The University of Texas.

As head of finance, Elisabeth has been a core part of Kickstand’s success since its inception in 2013. With Elisabeth’s support, Kickstand has grown not only quickly – but intelligently. It’s no surprise that she’s a numbers person, with a few of her favorites being 13.1, 26.2, and 140.6. Yes, outside of work Elisabeth actively chooses to participate in daunting feats including half and full marathons and Ironman Triathlons, often competing alongside or in honor of several of her siblings. And if that fun fact didn’t already make you tired, this one will: Elisabeth is a self-proclaimed morning person, regularly rising at 4am and achieving more by sunrise than most people do in an entire day.

Joanna, endearingly called Jo, has a rich background behind the camera, spanning almost a decade, which has honed her storytelling prowess. For the 30 Rock fans out there, she started her career in NYC as an NBC Page (think Kenneth in real life), where she gave tours of NBC studios and held roles at the Today Show, SNL, NBC local news, and Syfy’s marketing department. She then spent over six years as a producer at CNBC Business News, covering a wide array of special programming for both dayside and primetime, from breaking news and IPOs to the secret lives of the super-rich.
Jo's deep understanding of how reporters think allows her to leverage her insider knowledge and expertise to craft strategies that drive compelling coverage and deliver real business impact. After moving to Boston to venture into public relations, she worked with companies of all sizes, from startups to IPO-stage (her favorite letters, coincidentally).
Now, with over five years under her belt at Kickstand, Jo leads strategic initiatives for high-growth companies in the supply chain, ed-tech, insurtech, and healthcare sectors. She has a profound passion for client service, developing high-performing talent, and people management. This passion has allowed her to define and excel in her role at Kickstand.
Jo now resides in her home state of New York, exploring a new neighborhood in the Hudson Valley, just 90-minutes north of NYC. In the fall, this area reminds her of her Sicilian roots, with its harvest season for wine grapes and a family tradition of making tomato sauce from scratch with her relatives.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dining at new restaurants, walking her beagle Sophie, and binging on Bravo.

Prior to working in PR, Lindsay spent three years living in South America, where she led marketing efforts at local community NGOs. When she's not working, you're most likely to find Lindsay globe trotting in a new country (most recently her travels took her to Egypt and Thailand) or hiking somewhere in the Rocky Mountains with her husband, Joseph, and pup, Milo.
